Hop on the House Tour

Denver’s Highland neighborhood will be a hotbed for new housing viewing opportunities.

The Highland Homes tour is scheduled for Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.  For a full list of properties on the tour, visit highlandopenhouse.wordpress.com. (No Longer an Active Site).

Another featured project on the tour is located at the corner of 32nd and Zuni.  Montano Development, LLC, announced its newest project, 3131Zuni, a five-story condominium.  The eight luxury units are priced from the high $400,000s and low $800,000s and range from 1,600 square feet to 2,700 square feet.

3131Zuni offers luxury features, including 75 feet of floor-to-ceiling windoews with city and mountain views, spacious private patios with room for hot tubs, wet bars (in most units), gourmet kithens with granite slab countertops, energy efficient insulation and air conditioning.

“This corner, 32nd and Zuni, is the up-and-coming part of Highland,” says Tim Montano, Montano Development Partner.  “Great restaurants and retail, like Duo, Pasquini’s, Swank Clothing, Gallop Coffee and many others give this corner a lot of energy.  We’ve designed 3131Zuni for people who want urban sophistication and village ambiance.  The incentives and upgrades we’re offering to pre-construction buyers will appeal to their pocket-books as well.”
