The stairs can be a potential hazard especially when you consider the Colorado snow. You will want to carefully consider what will be best for you. Most apartments here in Colorado, do not have indoor staircases.

Condos

Condos are also a great choice if you are not wanting to do a lot of maintenance. This gives you the added pleasure of owning and not renting like you would an apartment. However, you do have to do your own maintenance when it comes to repairs in the home because of owning it. Again, you must make sure that you’re not on the second floor but that isn’t too difficult to do.
