Our Response to Coronavirus

There are a lot of people who are worried about the economy and what it will mean for them and their family. Montano Homes is run by me, Rob Montano, and my wife, Sarah Montano. We understand the stress of what you may be experiencing with having your own business that your entire family depends on for income. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak we wanted to make sure that we give our reassurance of the measures we are taking in response to it. We have found that despite the economic situation, there are still people looking to make a move. This is very good news! However, just because people are still looking doesn’t mean we are continuing as normal. We have changed the way we do things in response to this outbreak.

We are making sure to follow the instructions given by the legal authorities. We are practicing social distancing and when working in a unit, there are only two workers allowed in the unit. We understand that this will slow down our building process, but we would much rather have everyone be safe than sorry. Montano Homes doesn’t want this virus spread but at the same time we want people to still have their job if possible. This means that we are being compliant in doing our part to ensure that the spread is slowed down.

Additionally, we are making sure that the workers on the site are sanitizing regularly. As owners of the company we have always found it important to be on site as much as possible to ensure that the quality of the build is up to our standards. Not only will we be checking the quality of the build but also the qualities of our cleaning and sanitizing procedures. This will help our employees and homebuyers to be at ease.

Another variable that we are including is if anyone is slightly sick then they aren’t allowed on the job site. We take the health and safety of everyone seriously. Making sure that no one else is jeopardized is incredibly important. Keeping the spread of the virus down is our top priority.

Montano Homes will keep working while complying with the authorities for as long as we possibly can. Making sure that you have a home, our employees have work, and the virus spread is slowed down can be accomplished by taking the needed safety precautions.
