Saddle Rock Vistas Grand Opening Weekend

The grand opening event this weekend was a hit! It started with a Broker open house on Thursday afternoon in which we had a lucky winner of a weekend Mountain Getaway. Our festivities continued with a Ribbon Cutting event with the Aurora Chamber of Commerce on Friday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. After the ceremony the chamber members took a tour of the model home along with the two homes that are near completion. Throughout Friday and the weekend, we welcomed members of the public which were all interested in seeing the finished product. Montano Homes has done a fantastic job completing their model home on time and staging it in a way that helps the visitor feel right at home. There were multiple comments about how great the staging was, one person even mentioned that pinning the pillows to the cushions on the outside furniture was a great touch to keep them in place (#RealEstateHacks).

Although the big Grand Opening is over, the model home will be open weekly Thursday-Sunday. Thursday and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We have updated our website to include the model home photos and updated hours.

There was a lot of interest over the weekend. We look forward to hearing from more buyers over the days and weeks to come. As mentioned during our question and answer session with the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, “There are 300 people a day moving to the Aurora area.” If you know any, send them to our amazing Real Estate Broker, Jenn Kovacich, with Windermere Metro Denver Real Estate.
